Pigs are passive Creatures in Ocean of Thieves. They tin can be found on Islands, and caught in squealer crates. They are sometimes requested by the Merchant Alliance.

A captured Squealer must be fed Fruit regularly to survive. When a Pig is hungry, they will cry loudly and sit down in their crate. They can still be moved and sold while crying. If a captured Grunter is left without nutrient for long plenty, they will die from starvation and de-spawn, leaving a slice of Pork backside.

Pigs tin can be killed for Pork, which tin be cooked and eaten for a wellness regeneration boost or sold to The Hunter'southward Call. Raw pork cannot exist sold, and will provide only a small health boost of 5% and will crusade the player to vomit. Like all meat, Pork tin can be eaten twice.

There are four varieties of Pigs, each with its own cost of gilt.

A Sus scrofa is worth 10x more than Gold when commissioned through Merchant Alliance voyages.
